RETURN POLICY

Fashionheaven.com is happy to accept returns within 7 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling and a 15% restocking fee). Shipping charges are never refunded if a return occurs. Fashionheaven is not responsible for shipping charges when returning an item back to us. Items that are returned from a 'free shipping' offer are subject to a $5 shipping/handling fee. Clearance items and wholesale is not included in this return policy and are non-refundable.

You must first email fashionheaven.com for a return to vendor number (RTV) before any returns will be accepted. Items returned will not be accepted if they have been worn, scratched, torn, stretched or damaged from its original condition. We inspect all merchandise to insure the highest quality before sending it to you.

The information that are gathered by us, have only internal uses in order to help us better serve you in the future. Email confirmation does not guarantee authorization or acceptance for an order to be placed. fashionheaven.com reserves the right, without prior notification to limit the order, quantity of an order or number of items of any sale. Refusal to service any customer is our right. Verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of orders.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

Please note that all merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and without any use or damage. We will not accept any item that has been used or damaged.

It is the buyer's responsibility to check their merchandise when it is received for defect or damage. However, we check all our merchandise before shipment to you. All defects must be reported us via-email within three days from the date your receive the shipment. We will not accept any claim for damage or defect after the three-day period is over.
